May 20,2014·Discover Hi Jolly Monument in Quartzsite,Arizona This memorial pyramid marker honors one of the United States Government's first official camel riders.Hi Jolly 14-Day Camping Area in Quartzsite Arizona AZHi Jolly 14-Day Camping Area north of Quartzsite Arizona is a BLM designated primitive campground offering tent and RV sites for,as the name suggests,up to 14 day stays in a 28 day period.There are no facilities at the site.There are no fees for camping.Hi Jolly Blm Campgrounds - Quartzsite,AZHi Jolly campground is a FREE campsite run by the BLM.It is on highway 95 at mile marker 112.It was 99% all RV and trailers ( all the shows at quartzite pretty much revolve around RVs).We were the only people tent camping.It is pretty much a big dirt lot with lots of rocks and some shrubs.
